Navigating
through the tariff:
The tariff will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. The index page will
appear. You can scroll through the tariff or use the page toolbar:

at the bottom of the PDF document. By using the navigational arrows
or typing the number of the page you would like to go to, you can
quickly move through the tariff without having to scroll.
