• NOTE: Once Policies and procedures are understood, you are ready to start signing up customers for the Columbia Gas of Ohio Traditional Gas Transportation Program.

• Review COH Tariff, which includes the Code of Conduct, and the Program Scope for program description.
• Submit Credit worthiness information and $50.00 check made payable to Columbia Gas of Ohio
• Submit completed CHOICE Aggregation Agreement
• Submit Nomination Application for the Columbia Gas of Ohio Aviator System
• Apply for Internet Site access through phone contact with Columbia Gas of Ohio, Customer sign up is processed through the Internet.
• Review Rules regarding advertising that are in effect during the time period when entering the program.
• NOTE: Once Policies and procedures are understood, you are ready to start signing up customers for the Columbia Gas of Ohio Customer CHOICE Program.
