Available to any nonresidential customer located on the Company's distribution system for the transportation and delivery of gas through the Company's distribution facilities.

Available to any residential or commercial customer whose account balance is current, that is a part of a customer group with a minimum of 10,000 mcf per year or 100 customers.

Contracts must be received by the 1st of the month prior to the flow month.
Deadline for
enrollment
Deadline for gas supplier enrollment of customers is the 15th of each month in order to flow gas for the following month. If the 15th is on a weekend or holiday, the previous business day is the deadline.

Prior to approval in the Columbia Gas of VA program, gas suppliers are required to submit a check for $280.00, made payable to Columbia Gas of Virginia, for the cost incurred to perform a creditworthiness evaluation.

Gas suppliers are required to obtain a customer group, consisting of a minimum of 10,000 mcf per year or 100 customers, to enroll customers in the Columbia Gas of VA CHOICE® Program.
All accounts (Consumers and Marketers) are billed after all meters have been read for the billing cycle and nominations are confirmed. Typically around the 7th working day of the following month.
